You’re not on your own though – at KBAT our BCBAs are always in the building and provide frequent supervision and support whenever required!

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 behavior interventions and skills training in various settings such as discrete trial training, naturalistic environment teaching, and social skills activities. Follow behavior plans developed by your supervising BCBA and communicate progress/concerns as needed. Utilize principles of ABA such as providing reinforcement. Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented. Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner Meets regularly with supervising BCBA. Participates in company-wide projects as needed. Position Benefits: Guaranteed-hours: you won’t lose hours due to patient cancellations. Compensation based on experience with the opportunity for multiple raises within a year based on performance. Requirements

Must love working with children and having FUN! High School Diploma (Bachelor’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred) RBT certification or ability to obtain certification. Training for certification provided by KBAT. Experience working with children and/or individuals with ASD (preferred) Must have excellent writing and communication skills Be highly organized with the ability to multitask Must be able to work well as part of a team Valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation. Exhibit a professional and responsible work ethic. Ability to perform physical activity related to effective treatment, such as lift 45-50 pounds, sit on the floor, run after a child, and climb stairs repeatedly Pass a criminal background check
