Three ways to join our team

We know one size doesn’t fit all, so we offer flexible employment options

1️⃣ w-2 employee – guaranteed hourly

• $33–$41/hour (based on experience)
• Guaranteed hours
• Benefits available at 20+ hours/week

2️⃣ w-2 employee – pay per visit (Ppv)

• $50–$80/hour
• Paid only for time spent with patients
• Benefits available at 20+ hours/week

3️⃣ contractor / Prn (1099)

• $30 per 30-minute session ($60/hour) $80 per evaluation
• No benefits

What we’re looking for

CCC-SLP (Texas licensed) Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders Pediatric experience (including internships or CF) A passion for changing lives A team-oriented mindset (aka future work bestie material 😉) An interest in growing into mentorship and leadership opportunities
