Duties and Responsibilities

Facilitation & Learning Delivery: Facilitate learning experiences for all levels of the organization in both classroom and virtual formats. Manage the session environment and participants to ensure learning objectives are met while delivering an inspiring and engaging experience. Bring learning to life by helping the learner connect new concepts and skills directly to their specific roles within the hospital or PSC. Demonstrate proficiency with virtual facilitation technology, utilizing unique features to sustain engagement, managing participation, and troubleshoot learner tech needs in real-time. Handle challenging discussions and effectively redirect participants to course content as needed. Own the end-to-end execution of training sessions, including organizing event logistics to ensure a seamless learner experience, managing physical session requirements, including on-site setup and take-down of equipment and materials. Coordinate and manage the ordering of necessary supplies required for specific learning modules. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure all resources are available and properly routed for scheduled sessions. L&D Strategy & Program Support: Support the design and development of new learning programs, providing recommendations for performance solutions as needed. Assist in the execution of the overarching L&D strategy, prioritizing projects that align with current business focuses. Support the evaluation and measurement of programs, implementing improvements based on data and feedback to ensure department goals are met. Collaborate effectively with the L&D team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless program delivery. Stay current on business initiatives and resources to connect learning content to trending business strategies. Cultural Advocacy & Excellence: Execute tasks as a self-starter under minimal supervision, demonstrating agility in unfamiliar or ambiguous situations. Advocate for personal professional development to maintain field relevance and stay ahead of future industry trends. Perform other related duties as assigned to support L&D operations and broader company initiatives. Maintain a strong visible presence as a role model of Lovet’s cultural pillars and values. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and expressively. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; ability to multitask and perform effectively under time constraints. High learning agility for new and emerging technologies, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams. Strong composure and the ability to stay present and adaptable under stress. Problem-solving and decision-making skills with an openness to new ways of thinking and feedback. Education and Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of experience in corporate training or facilitation. Working knowledge of adult learning theory and principles. Salary Range
