How we support you professionally: This position is Per Diem Company 401k with 4% company matching

The responsibilities of our Speech Language Pathologists include

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for a diverse patient population. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure continuity of care. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner. Educate patients and their families about speech and language development and treatment techniques. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.

Job Conditions

The ability to drive Hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the patient's condition and to perform patient care On occasion, may be required to bend, stoop, reach and move patient weight up to 250 pounds; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches. Experience in outpatient settings preferred but not required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Must have criminal background check. Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification.
