About the Role

Peak Era ABA (https://peakeraaba.com/) is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are excited to provide meaningful, individualized care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment. RBTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home or community settings Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Collect and document accurate data on client progress Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications

Active RBT certification preferred Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism A compassionate and patient approach to care Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
