Position
Group Leader (K–5) We're looking for Group Leaders to support K–5 students in both academics and enrichment activities. This in-person, position offers hands-on experience in education and youth development, with the potential for continued employment.
- Key Responsibilities Supervise students and ensure a safe, positive environment.
- Support instruction in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
- Assist with physical education, visual arts, and performing arts.
- Promote collaboration through group activities and research projects.
- Escort students between activities in a timely, orderly manner.
- Support certified staff with lesson planning and classroom prep.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and incidents.
- Attend required trainings, meetings, and program evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Program Director(s).
