What You'll Do
- Facilitate engaging lessons in both classroom and lab settings, bringing medical theory and practice to life.
- Guide students through hands-on practice of essential clinical and administrative procedures.
- Develop and adapt curriculum to meet program objectives and student learning needs.
- Mentor and support students throughout their academic journey and during their externship experiences.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track their progress.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Requirements)
- A minimum of three (3) years of practical experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Current and unencumbered CMA or RMA certification.
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must meet all local and state credential requirements to serve as an instructor.
- Proficiency with technology, including MS Office and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
