Job description

✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Manager at Pearl Haven in Haleiwa, HI ✨

Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.

Pay: Starting at $24/hr

What you will do

As a Case Manager you will be responsible for managing individualized treatment and graduation plans for students, ensuring they align with case requirements and student needs. You will serve as the primary liaison between students, families, client managers, and placing agencies while maintaining detailed documentation and facilitating meetings, court hearings, and progress updates. The position also emphasizes upholding safety and ethical standards, participating in daily group sessions, and serving as a positive role model and mentor to both staff and students.

To be considered you should

Have a BA/BS in a related field. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Applicants should be empathetic, patient and have a desire to work with troubled teens.
