Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree (required). 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably in urban education (preferred). State certification (preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to create an inclusive and positive classroom culture that emphasizes high expectations for all scholars. Commitment to professional growth through coaching, reflection, and collaborative work with colleagues. Compensation Salary is competitive and commensurate with your experience.
