Job description
Hourly Rate: $15
- Works under the general direction of an assigned supervisor to instruct, supervise, and actively participate with youth in a variety of indoor and outdoor summer camp enrichment activities including sports, arts and crafts, field trips, workshops, and lunch/snack times.
- Monitors all assigned campers at all times and instructs appropriately to ensure their safety using sound judgment.
- Accompanies campers to different sites, such as pools, field trip outings, etc.Distributes, sets-up, collects, and inventories sports and leisure equipment and supplies.
- Distributes and monitors lunches provided to campers.
- Ensures standards of acceptable conduct of campers; and provides appropriate discipline when warranted.
- Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the site.
