Our Place to Grow—a brand-new childcare center created in partnership with Franklin Memorial Hospital + WMCA—is opening its doors, and we’re looking for a passionate Teacher Aide to join our team! Our program supports up to 27 young learners ages 2.5–5, using an emergent, play-based curriculum that encourages creativity, exploration, and laughter.

What You’ll Do

As a Teacher Aide, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team. Your role will include:

· Support classroom teachers and follow daily routines

· Supporting social, emotional, cognitive & physical growth

· Planning playful learning opportunities that spark curiosity

· Communicating respectfully and purposefully with teammates

· Building strong relationships with families

· Helping maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment

· Ensuring child & staff safety at all times

· Supporting childcare staff and promoting a positive work culture

· Bringing joy, patience, creativity—and a team-player spirit!

Some evening or weekend hours may occasionally be required.

Requirements

· Experience working with children ages 2.5–5

· Valid Driver’s License

· Authorized to work in the U.S.
