Adelphi is seeking a substitute Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)/ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide nursing support services in a school setting located in San Antonio, Texas. Responsibilities
RMA
- Perform basic clinical tasks (vitals, assisting with treatments, etc.)
- Assist with medication administration support per policy
- Handle documentation, record keeping, and health office coordination
- Support communication with staff and families as directed
- Work under supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Any other duties as assigned
CNA
- Provide first aid and basic care for minor illness/injury
- Assist with observation and reporting of symptoms
- Support health office operations (documentation, organization, assisting workflow)
- Help with non-complex care tasks under direction of licensed staff
- Escalate concerns to RN/LPN for clinical decisions
- Any other duties as assigned
