• Responsibilities:
• As an
• Entry-Level
• Instructor at
• BCA, you will:
• Training and
• Instruction: Work closely with Lead Instructors and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to create training materials and teaching programs for learners.
• Effective
• Communication: Collaborate with Lead Instructors, Program Coordinators, Clinical Directors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Commitment to
• Learners: Attend to the needs of the assigned binder daily and complete Communication Logs for learners under your care.

Professionalism

• Maintain a positive and professional working environment, embracing constructive feedback and demonstrating effective instructional skills.
• Data
• Management: Keep up with daily data graphing, record cold probe and behavior data, and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
• Family
• Engagement: Communicate with parents in a friendly and appropriate manner, keeping them informed about learners' progress.
• Team
• Player: Follow the general operations of your assigned team and accurately complete timesheets for billing purposes.

• Requirements:
• You must be physically capable of: Engaging with clients, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Tolerating exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, odors, and weather extremes.
• Hours of
• Operation: BCA operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• RBTs may be assigned to early care one day a week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on that day.
