  • Instruction: Work closely with Lead Instructors and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to create training materials and teaching programs for learners.

  • Communication: Collaborate with Lead Instructors, Program Coordinators, Clinical Directors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth and effective operations.

  • Learners: Attend to the needs of the assigned binder daily and complete Communication Logs for learners under your care.

  • Management: Keep up with daily data graphing, record cold probe and behavior data, and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.

  • Operation: BCA operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • RBTs may be assigned to early care one day a week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on that day.
