  • Learn: Learn how to create training materials & teaching programs for learners under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and your Lead Instructor. Building relationships and fostering an environment to help achieve BCA’s goal of lifelong success for our clients. Help kids and families celebrate milestones and goals by completing communication logs and keeping parents in the loop. Keep up with graphing daily & moving targets from one acquisition phase to the next appropriate phase for continuous care.

  • Are: At least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent. You have completed the 40-hour RBT training, passed the competency exam, passed the BACB certification exam, and have an active RBT Certification. (or looking to do so) You are reliable. People who know you can always count on you. You excel at client service & tactfully manage difficult or emotional situations, responding promptly to client needs & always looking to improve. You welcome direct feedback, take accountability for your role, and work hard to achieve positive results. You thrive working with children & young adults and are motivated by a career where you can make a meaningful impact in people's lives.

  • Requirements: Must be able to physically engage with clients, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to tolerate exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, odors, and weather extremes.
  • Hours of
  • Operation: Bluegrass Center for Autism's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
  • RBTs will be assigned to early care one day a week from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on that day.
  • Internship
  • Position: Bluegrass Center for Autism offers Internship positions. Paid interns must work a minimum requirement of 15 hours per week. 3-hour shifts minimum. BCA offers unpaid internship positions if an intern does not meet these requirements.
