As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old.

We Offer
- No RBT? $17-18 per hour
- Sign On Bonus $750.
- Obtained your RBT? Start at $18.00+ for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $25.00+ with progressions into Advanced ARBT

What We’re Looking For
- 18+ years old required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
