Special Education Technology Specialist Location
- May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Randolph $5000 Sign-On Bonus Directly strengthen learning outcomes at an organization nationally recognized for transforming the lives of children with autism through evidence-based, person-centered education. The Special Education Technology Specialist enhances ABA-based classroom learning by integrating high-impact educational technology tools that support communication, academic, and behavioral growth for students with autism and developmental disabilities. This role strengthens curriculum delivery, develops staff capacity, and ensures technology is implemented in ways that directly support student success.

- Integration: Embed technology seamlessly into curriculum and ABA-based instruction. Provide occasional direct instruction to support tech-based learning.

- Coaching: Train and coach teachers on effective instructional technology practices. Partner with the Education Director and Curriculum Specialist to align tools with instructional goals.

- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with IT to select, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software. Ensure classrooms have reliable access to devices and educational platforms.
