  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Contract SPANISH SPEAKING IS A MUST $100–$110/hour | Flexible Scheduling | Clinician-Led Support LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a highly dependable, experienced BCBA who takes full ownership of their cases and consistently delivers high-quality, ethical care.

  • What You’ll Do: Lead the full clinical lifecycle of your cases, from assessment through ongoing treatment Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee implementation of treatment plans to ensure consistency and clinical integrity Provide structured supervision, mentorship, and accountability to BTs/RBTs Analyze client data regularly and make timely, informed program adjustments Deliver clear, actionable parent training to support long-term success Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with compliance standards What You Bring; Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required) 2–3+ years of hands-on ABA experience with children in behavioral health or special education Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines consistently Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and data analysis skills Professional, proactive communication style with both families and team members Ability to lead, mentor, and hold others accountable to clinical standards Bilingual in Spanish Required What You Won’t Find Here; Disorganized systems or unclear expectations Excessive caseloads that compromise care quality Lack of support or unresponsive leadership Why Clinicians Choose LBAPS?
