Registered Behavior Technician - Franklin Square Long Island, NY

Multiple Positions available, part-time and full-time Pay

• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven team. If you're passionate about supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities, we’d love to have you on board!

• You’ll Do: Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings. Collect and document session data in Rethink within 24 hours. Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Participate in new hire check-ins and maintain professional communication with families.

• For: At least 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities. Current RBT certification. Familiarity with ABA data collection and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping the autism community.
