Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and sick time 401(k) with company match Paid state licensure and CE support Ongoing mentorship and peer collaboration A supportive, therapist-led environment that values your voice Your Responsibilities: Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs Address areas such as mobility, strength, balance, motor planning, and positioning Provide direct therapy in school-based settings Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support carryover of strategies Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and state regulations What We're Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or eligible) DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain) Pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills A passion for helping students thrive in their educational environments Interested in Learning More or Ready to Apply?
