- Range: $12.00 - $12.00 Hourly- Perform clerical duties which include receiving and screening incoming telephone calls, - Check contractors and visitors in and out of the campus, - Issue building keys and badges to contractors and visitors, - Assist with building key and gas card inventory tracking and organization, - Track SchoolDude work order and system organization, including creating, and entering daily work orders into the system and filing all hard copies. - Assist maintenance staff in communicating with faculty, staff, and vendors to complete work orders. - Assist with travel service system organization and basic functions as needed: filing, paperwork, checking travel packets in and out, checking gas card, and tracking gas card inventory. - Intercultural competency, ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds. - Ability to pay attention to detail. - Reliable. - Able to maintain a strong sense of confidentiality. - Cell phone use is to be limited at the front desk. - Pleasant personality to greet any and all visitors. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Professional presentation. - Organized. - Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
