Student Worker – HHK

Fall 2026 & Spring 2027

Number of Openings: 2

Purpose/Objective of the Role

• To assist Academic Assistant and Faculty with operations of the department and preparation for classes.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Check Mail/duplicating
  • Update website and lobby monitor
  • Create and post flyers for upcoming events, attend events, create and post weekly classroom schedules
  • Answer visitor questions and provide building directions

Qualifications

  • Canva experience for making flyers and other documents
  • General office skills
