Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc, (SBR) is hiring for Part-Time Behavior Specialists to support the positive, emotional, and behavioral growth of adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Autism.
Requirements
Availability to work at least 10 hours per week during daytime hours Willing to spend 90% of the workday travelling between sessions Own a working computer
Responsibilities
Completing a functional assessment Developing a Behavioral Support Plan, which includes strategies to support the individual based upon assessment The provision of training to individuals, staff, parents, and caregivers, and ongoing face-to-face contact/meetings with the person and their team.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Human Services, or related field, or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of professional experience working with individuals with ID/A Minimum of two years working directly with individuals with ID/A; preferably adults Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle Proficient and professional writing and communication skills Knowledge of web-based data systems
