  • Summary: Bethanna is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team. This role provides one-on-one behavioral health support to children and youth, working in collaboration with caregivers, schools, and community members. The Behavioral Health Technician supports the implementation of the Individual Resiliency Plan (IRP), providing direct intervention, coaching, and modeling to promote crisis stabilization and help manage challenging behaviors in various settings
