Job description

Overview The Administrative Assistant supports the NDM – Training Administration department by compiling information, entering the compiled data into various databases, maintaining records, and creating reports.

Responsibilities

1. Release health records upon receipt of training verification requests.2. Compiles weekly core course scoring of all evaluations and reports the findings3. Compiles and tracks all completed exit packets submitted from departments and requests exit packets which have not been submitted4. Compiles, and enters products/activities into NIRS which is reported via Pub Med involving Institute faculty 5. Assist with entering general data into NIRS6. Compiles and enters data into the NIRS system regarding all Institute training related activity from distribution ALL e-mails.7. Maintains weekly training calendars, posts them (both physically and virtually) and enters this data into the NIRS system as appropriate8. Pulls reports from SharePoint/NIRS and distributes “Full Trainee Reports” and “Active Trainee Reports” for weekly All Staff Meeting9. Assist Administrative Services Coordinators with data entry into the NIRS & SharePoint systems as requested.10. Assists Administrative Services Coordinators with office tasks as needed11. Scanning information into the Documentum system as needed.12. Create training certificates for departments as requested.

  • Experience with routine office, clerical, and administrative tasks preferred. Minimum pay range USD $36,955.98/Yr. Maximum pay range USD $60,296.50/Yr.
