  • Durham Academy (DA) is accepting applications for a Middle School Social Studies Teacher as a member of the Social Studies Department [https://www.da.org/academics/middle-school/social-studies].
  • Duties include teaching four sections of Social Studies for students in grades 5 through 8, and serving as an advisor to a group of up to 12 students.
  • Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree.
  • An advanced degree or other commensurate experience is preferred, as is coaching a team sport.
  • This full-time position will be for the 2026–27 school year.
