Blossoming Minds Therapies is seeking a passionate and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing, clinic-based team. In this role, you will provide speech and language services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on functional communication and early intervention.

Our model emphasizes collaboration with ABA providers, parent involvement, and meaningful, real-world communication outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children build independence and thrive.

Duties: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional communication

Provide engaging, child-centered speech therapy sessions

Collaborate closely with BCBAs and behavior technicians to ensure consistency of care

Support and implement communication systems, including AAC when appropriate

Provide parent and caregiver training to promote carryover of skills at home

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards

Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning

Qualifications: Active North Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates welcome)

Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred

Strong understanding of early intervention and functional communication

Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (ABA experience is a plus)

Excellent communication skills with both children and families
