Requirements: for a Home Supports:
· High school diploma or accredited GED
· Valid driver’s license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and dependable transportation to and from work
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of your total body weight, whichever is less
· Work experience or knowledge regarding the needs of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is beneficial, but not required
· CNA, CMA, HHA, Caregiver or Direct Support Professional experience is beneficial, but not required
· Availability to attend a two week, weekday, day time orientation (M-F 8a-4p)
· Other beneficial experience
