Advanta Autism, a BCBA-led, family-owned ABA provider serving metro Denver, is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Aurora, CO service area. This is an in-home and community-based role - you will deliver supervision and treatment in client homes across Aurora, with telehealth supervision available when clinically appropriate.

$70 to $80 per hour, based on experience $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at 90 days $750 annual CEU / professional development stipend Flexible scheduling - you set the hours that fit your life Caseload capped at 8 to 10 active clients Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate for in-home and community visits Modern documentation tools - no paper charting, minimal admin overhead Built-in scheduling and admin support so you focus on clinical work Strong mentorship from senior clinicians (new BCBAs welcome) What you will do Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide BACB-compliant clinical supervision to RBTs on your cases Lead family training and support parent implementation of behavior plans Track client progress with data and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain documentation that meets BACB ethics, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, schools when relevant) What we are looking for Active BCBA certification (BACB) - required Colorado ABA state license, or active application in progress Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Comfort working in client homes and via telehealth Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license New BCBAs welcome to apply - we have strong mentorship from senior clinicians Why Advanta Autism
