Now Hiring We are actively seeking dedicated BCBA candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ALFS, you will contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on improving the lives of children and families.

Professional Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact effectively with children and collaborate within a therapy team while also working independently Experience with assessments, data collection, and graphing Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Pennsylvania licensure/certification as a Licensed Behavior Specialist or Licensed Behavior Analyst (as applicable) Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Meets CEU requirements to provide RBT supervision

Job Responsibilities Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with agency policies and procedures Complete all required training for state and local licenses, certifications, and clearances Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to determine the function of behavior Provide parent/caregiver training so interventions can be implemented across settings Analyze data and create graphs to track client progress Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians working with clients and their families
