Job Summary
The part-time Field Hockey Coach will assist the Field Hockey Coach with the organizing, planning and coaching of the Field Hockey team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who specializes in coaching goalies and is looking for a career in college coaching.
- Essential Functions
- Assist the Field Hockey team during practices and games, with emphasis on session planning and collaborations with coaching staff; Coaching goalies as the primary focus of duties.
- Assist with student-athlete development athletically and academically.
- Assist the head coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising, operations, and logistics.
- Assist in the coordination of team travel with other lacrosse and athletic department staff.
- Follow all university, athletic department, NCAA, and CAA rules and policies.
- Assist in the planning and organization of on campus recruiting and camps and clinics.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
• Former collegiate lacrosse player or coach and knowledge of coaching goalies.

Additional Information
This is a Part-Time temporary position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
