This role focuses on recruiting qualified Early Intervention professionals including SLPs, OTs, PTs, Special Education Teachers, ABA providers, psychologists, social workers, and teacher assistants.

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard Early Intervention providers Source candidates through job boards, networking, schools, and outreach Conduct phone screenings and interviews Coordinate credentialing and onboarding documentation Maintain communication with providers throughout the hiring process Build long-term relationships with therapists and clinicians Help grow provider coverage across NYC boroughs

Qualifications

Recruiting or staffing experience preferred Healthcare or Early Intervention experience is a major plus Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized and self-motivated Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals Preferred Background
