We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized home care services to medically fragile children in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a contract BCBA to provide clinical oversight for GAPP Behavioral Support Services for pediatric members diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other qualifying behavioral conditions. This is a flexible, per-case 1099 contract role — ideal for a BCBA looking to take on additional cases outside of their primary position. You will not be required to come into an office. Work is completed remotely and through periodic in-home supervision visits with clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct or review behavioral assessments for GAPP members
  • Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP) specific to in-home services
  • Establish measurable, home-based behavioral goals aligned with GAPP requirements
  • Complete and sign Appendix O in accordance with the GAPP Manual (Appendix W)
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to align behavioral plans with the overall Plan of Care
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Behavioral Aides/RBTs as required
  • Participate in Medicaid reviews, revisions, or resubmissions as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with Georgia Medicaid standards

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience developing BIPs and behavioral goals for home-based services
  • Familiarity with Georgia Medicaid/GAPP or willingness to train quickly
  • Ability to complete clinical documentation within required timelines
  • Reliable transportation for periodic in-home supervision visits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with GAPP or Medicaid-funded behavioral services
  • Experience supervising RBTs or behavioral aides
  • Availability for per-case or retainer-based contracting

Compensation Structure

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • $150–$200 per intake & Appendix O completion (based on case complexity)
  • $75–$150/month per active case for ongoing supervision
