  • What you'll do
  • Provide direct therapy services following treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Implement engaging, client-centered activities that support progress toward goals
  • Track progress and maintain clear, timely documentation
  • Partner with supervising OTs and caregivers to support each client's success
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

  • What we're looking for
  • Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Arizona COTA license
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Interest or experience in early intervention and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach
  • Interest in feeding therapy is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant

SCHEDULE • Tuesday – Thursday

  • 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Working conditions

This role includes intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. You may work closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses, including those who may be verbally or physically combative.
