As part of MAB Community Services, we are committed to equity, inclusion, and helping young people build the skills they need for independence and adulthood. We are seeking Education Counselors who are creative, compassionate, and motivated to support students in a therapeutic, student-centered learning environment.

  • You’ll Do: Support classroom instruction alongside Special Education Teachers Provide one-on-one and small-group support aligned with student IEP goals Use trauma-informed and positive behavior approaches (ARC, PBIS, CPI) Help students build academic, social-emotional, and life skills Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and nurses Lead group activities, electives, and community-based trips Support morning routines and residential programming as needed Complete basic documentation and participate in team meetings Why Ivy Street School? $22.28/hour with full-time stability,
