We’re currently seeking a Floating Teacher to join our passionate team at our Beverly location. This vital role supports multiple classrooms, offering flexibility and variety while ensuring consistency in high-quality child care. Whether you're soothing a toddler, inspiring preschoolers, or supporting fellow daycare teachers, you’ll be an essential part of our nurturing and collaborative community.

You'll thrive in this role if you have

  • EEC Teacher Certification (any age group), CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (preferred, not required)
  • Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
  • An engaging and energetic demeanor and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
  • Some requirements of the role include:
  • Availability to work
  • Monday through
  • Friday within operating hours of the center (7:30 am to 5:00 pm)
  • Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
  • Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset

As a Floating Toddler Teacher, you will

  • Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities, lesson prep, and learning routines
  • Provide flexible classroom coverage across infant, toddler, and preschool age groups in a licensed child care setting
  • Step into different classrooms as needed to maintain consistent, high-quality care
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, teachers, and families
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment throughout the day
