Join PARK EAST ACADEMY INC as a Part-time Montessori Guide and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment! We are seeking passionate educators who are dedicated to fostering a love of learning through the Montessori method.
Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging Montessori lessons and activities tailored to children's interests. Observe and assess student progress to adapt learning experiences accordingly. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's development. Maintain classroom materials and resources to ensure they are accessible and organized. Encourage independence and self-directed learning in students. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Promote positive social interactions and conflict resolution among students. Work schedule 2:30pm - 6:00pm (contact us if another schedule may work for you part-time).
Requirements
Montessori certified Experience working with children aged 3-6 in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability. Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification. Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
