Requirements

Montessori certification for primary education is required. Experience working in a Montessori setting required. Strong understanding of child development and Montessori principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and collaboration. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Passion for education and nurturing young learners.
