Springfield, MO 65807 Join Our Team as a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Competitive pay up to $50 per hour based upon experience. W-2 position. What You’ll Do Provide assessments, treatment plans, and interventions for occupational performance, fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence Deliver services on-site in schools, building relationships with students, teachers, and the educational team Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals Support and supervise OT assistants, as needed Utilize evidence-based techniques to create measurable progress Maintain accurate documentation and uphold Missouri DESE standards Continue growing through professional development Be available on-site two days per week What You Bring Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy NBCOT Certification & Missouri OT License (in good standing) EMR proficiency and basic Microsoft Office skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and a valid driver’s license Strong communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to student-centered, school-based intervention Passion for making a difference through connection, compassion, and skill-building
