  • RBT Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA services to children and adolescents in their homes, following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Ensure that data are accurately collected, recorded, and reported to the BCBA.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency.
  • Assist in developing program materials.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to ethical standards in behavioral health practices.

RBT Experience and Qualifications

  • Hold/maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience in ABA
  • Willingness to work with a range of ages & abilities
  • Experience with ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention techniques
  • Passionate about working with children and their families
  • Experience with Central Reach data collection and scheduling is a plus!
  • Ability to pass a background check and reference check
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
