Job description

Position Overview

The Per Diem Trainer supports the Family Foster Care Department in the delivery of training and groups for parents, caregivers and staff. The trainer will follow training/group curriculum established and introduce new relevant topics. Trainer will be responsible for the pre and post work to prepare and debrief for trainings and groups, and collaborate with members of the FFC team to ensure the carry over of relevant information.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in training, group facilitation, presentation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience needed.
  • Must be creative and positive.
  • Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and is a team player.
