About the Role

Clever Bee Academy is seeking a caring, dependable Assistant Teacher to support classroom learning and help create a safe, nurturing environment for children. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Lead Teacher to support daily activities, classroom organization, and positive relationships with families. This is a great opportunity for someone beginning or growing their career in early childhood education. What You’ll Do Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Supervise children during daily routines, outdoor play, and center activities Communicate positively and professionally with families to support relationships and share updates Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and materials Use strong communication, organization, and child development skills to support daily learning experiences Required Qualifications 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of experience working in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting Ability to pass a criminal background check Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications
