We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at McPherson Elementary School. In this role, you will support our youngest learners (ages 2–11) by providing community-based mental health services that focus on family strengths, routine building, and emotional development.

- Support
- Growth: Help children and families identify their successes to improve self-esteem and behavioral outcomes.
- Teach &
- Model: Provide parenting skills training and help families establish healthy environmental structures and routines.
- Crisis &
- Advocacy: Be the steady hand during a crisis and an active advocate for the child’s needs within the school system.
- Clinical
- Partnership: Work closely with a qualified mental health provider to implement and track progress on treatment plans.
- What
- You
- Bring: A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a related field. An understanding of typical vs. atypical child development for early childhood/elementary ages. The physical ability to engage in activities with children (bending, kneeling, and squatting). Proficiency in documentation and keyboarding (maintaining records is key to our success!). A valid Kansas Driver’s License and the ability to pass required KBI and DCF background checks.
