Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum Create a fun, safe, and nurturing Preschool/Pre-K classroom environment Encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and kindergarten readiness Build strong relationships with families through positive and professional communication Share daily updates, developmental progress, and classroom highlights Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and developmental milestones Maintain health and safety standards and ensure active supervision during all activities Work closely with Assistant Teachers and support staff to create a positive and collaborative classroom culture Model positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning strategies Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to continue growing as an educator

Qualifications
