• HealthWays, Inc. is looking for a part-time Job Coach.
• The Job Coach is responsible to the Supervisor of BCOC and will work as a member of the treatment team with individuals as well as groups of clients to deliver job training services.
• The position is responsible for supervising and instructing trainees in their work areas through verbal and/or physical assistance as needed; provide “job coaching” services to trainees and employers as needed.
• This may include performing job duties with trainees as long as needed and interacting with employers.
• All required documentation of services must be completed in a timely manner.
• The Job Coach will transport trainees and equipment to work sites as needed, which may require some lifting.

Hours are 3p-9p Monday-Friday.

High school diploma or GED is preferred, not required. Must have a valid Driver's License and Vehicle insurance. Must be able to pass a drug screen.
