Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: Patient Assessment: Conduct full speech, language, voice, and swallowing evaluations using standardized tools and clinical observations Therapeutic Intervention: Deliver evidence-based treatment plans, adjust interventions as needed, and teach families strategies to support daily communication success Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant evaluation reports, treatment notes, and progress updates Collaboration: Partner with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Licensure: Valid (or eligible) state SLP license Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Skills: Strong diagnostic, assessment, and therapeutic abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using diagnostic tools, therapy technology, and electronic health records. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
