Job Description

  • Ensures program success by maintaining attendance and participation in the classroom and clinical settings to support the Nurse Aide Training Program learning experience. Under the supervision of the program instructors, actively participates in classroom and skills lab activities and performs routine personal care duties for residents/ patients. Maintains safe environment and program equipment and reports any problems. Supports Warren Memorial Hospital mission and vision. Contributes and participates in the coordination and promotion of community health and other events. Demonstrates work schedule flexibility and willingness to accept additional duties and responsibilities to meet the needs of the department. Must be willing to learn basic principles of human growth and development
  • Must be willing to learn competence to successfully interact with patients according to their special needs which may apply based on the age of the patient served
  • Must have a reliable means of phone communication with the facility. Education High School or GED required Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communications skills essential. Ability to prioritize and exercise good judgment.
