Job description
- About Pine Ridge The facility sits on Hansen Care Park’s beautiful, wooded property with private and semi-private rooms, spacious shower and restroom facilities, beauty salon and barber shop services, walking paths, state of the art rehabilitation areas for those who need physical, occupational or speech therapy and cozy places to relax throughout the facility.
- We provide care for individuals who may require a variety of medical services including Short-term Rehabilitation, Long-term Care 24 Hour Skilled Nursing, Hospice and Respite Care, Restorative Care and Certified Wound Care.
- Scope of work Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
- Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
