Licensed practical nurse (Lpn)
Summer camp nurse position
Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide onsite nursing care and support for campers and staff during our summer camp program. The LPN will oversee daily health needs, administer medications, respond to illnesses and injuries, and help ensure a safe and healthy camp environment. - Provide nursing care to campers and staff as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Respond to illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies
- Maintain accurate health records and medication logs
- Monitor campers with allergies, asthma, seizure precautions, or other medical needs
- Communicate with camp leadership and parents/guardians when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with camp health and safety policies
- Job requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of New Hampshire
- Current CPR Certification required
- Previous pediatric, school, camp, or community health experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and respond calmly in emergency situations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with no restrictions
- Reliable transportation required
