Job description

Full-time (30–35 hrs/week), must be available until 5 PM; primarily in our Brush center

Position Summary

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement. You’ll help build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills in home, school, and community settings playing a direct role in each child’s success.

Key Responsibilities Implement 1

1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members Proficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire Patience, energy, and a genuine interest in working with children Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing) Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies Clean background check and positive professional references

Pay Range $19.50/hour while completing RBT certification $20.50/hour - $25.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.

Note

This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location.
