- Job Summary The Fifth Grade Teacher at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church is responsible for delivering rigorous, faith-centered instruction that supports the academic, spiritual, social, and emotional development of students.
- This role implements curriculum aligned with diocesan and school standards while fostering a respectful, engaging, and structured classroom environment rooted in Catholic values.
- Job Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in core subject areas including Reading/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Religion.
- Integrate Catholic teachings, traditions, and values into daily instruction and classroom culture.
- Create and maintain a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment that promotes student accountability and growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic needs and learning styles of students.
- Utilize formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior in accordance with school policies.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom expectations.
- Collaborate with faculty, support staff, and administration to support student achievement and school initiatives.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, liturgical celebrations, and school community events.
- Adhere to all school policies, diocesan guidelines, and professional expectations.
- Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required).
